Since the main thread has become an idol thread, I tried starting this one. The rules are the same as the main thread. Now, let's talk!

So I'll bump it even if people call it spam. First, let's list our favorite songs. 1. Futari no Rocket (because the live atmosphere is great) 2. Yume Mita Ato de (because the lyrics and falsetto are great (・∀・)) 3. call my name (because the arrangement is excellent) 4. Timeless Sleep (because the guitar in the intro is beautiful) ...Something like that.

“NAKED STORY” is special to me after all. Ah, this woman is a genius, I think. The lyrics are great too, but I feel GC is held together by Yuri's songs.

“Running All the Way to Your House” is good too.

If you ask me which GC song I like best, I can answer immediately: “Holding~.” It made a huge impact on me at the time. Thanks to that song, GC is now the only Japanese music I can listen to.

Exactly. “Holding~” was a shock. Its sophistication is overwhelming. Also, I think “To the Sunny Sea Without Water” is amazing. If Nakamura really completed everything properly without help from Being staff, she is a genius. It is completely unlike the so-called pop-music route. Very fresh.

Hmm, hard to say. According to Furui, she sometimes brings in the lyrics along with the demo, so it was probably already close to finished, right?

The arrangement of “To the Sunny Sea Without Water” is so detailed that you think, “Isn't this a bit much?” I was stunned when I first heard it.

I like darker songs such as “cried a little.”

I don't remember clearly, but I think a website praised it highly, saying something like, “People still make this kind of music in this era?” They were talking about “To the Sunny Sea Without Water.” “Spiral” and the others aren't bad, but I don't want them to follow that route forever. The B-sides have a GC flavor, though, so that's okay.

Nakamura's taste and talent are clearly exceptional. And that voice. It is easy to understand why AZUKI is so devoted to her.

Honestly, don't you get tired of Furui arranging everything? I'd like to hear Nakamura's songs arranged by Being's golden team of Hayama and Akashi.

I've never heard arrangements by Being's golden team of Hayama and Akashi, so I can't judge them. But I can partly agree that Furui's arrangements get tiring. They feel a little monotonous. I once heard somewhere that Furui had actually been with Being for a long time, but lacked the ability to work actively on the front line. Still, his arrangement of “call my name,” which he calls one of his proudest works, really is good.

It is gradually starting to feel like a good thread. Please support the one on the Refugee board too.

Because GC's concept is apparently to carry shadows all the time. Normally, shut-ins can't write songs, sing them, and sell them. I guess they are deliberately playing dark characters.

They were mocked by their co-performers when they appeared on television, lol.

Not a single one of their songs is bad, but “Holy ground” had the greatest impact on me. The music is great, of course, but the lyrics moved me. Tears came to my eyes as I listened.

Before GC was formed, Hirohito Furui said he wanted to form a band, and GC was formed with AZUKI Nana, who had already been rumored to be involved.
