GARNET CROW have just released a best-of album. As part of the [more GARNET CROW life] series celebrating their 10th anniversary, this issue presents the results of the reader poll asking, “If you were to represent GARNET CROW with a single kanji character, what would it be?” We originally planned to announce the top 10, but the responses were widely divided, so this time we introduce the top five along with some other especially interesting answers!

No. 1　凛 — Poised

The clear No. 1!

● YURI NAKAMURA and AZUKI NANA both have that kind of presence. Mr. Okamoto seems gentle, while Mr. Furui is also “poised” in his own way. (Hana Shirayama／22／female)
● Their singing voices have remained unchanged for years, giving me the image that they are holding firmly to something… perhaps an unchanging conviction. It is so cool. (Niu／24／female)
