This is Hitoshi Furui of GARNET CROW!

Summer ended and the weather turned cold while we were busy chasing after each day,
but since this year is also our tenth-anniversary year,
we have been able to do so many things that I sometimes think
we may have been more active this year than in any other of the past ten (by our own standards).
The album *parallel universe*, released on December 8, gives shape to this year.
As I mentioned earlier, every song was newly written for the album,
and it captures this past year in musical form.
The seasons vary from song to song,
so it has turned out to be an album where you can feel the flow of the four seasons across a full year.
The songs also offer a richly varied lineup,
and I am sure you will enjoy it, so please give it a listen.

Changing the subject, we will be performing live in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka from December 12.
Except for Osaka, the dates fall during the Christmas season,
so couples who come may end up having an unforgettable night (laughs).
We hope you will come and spend a holy night with GARNET CROW.

Finally, the mini-album *Now Printing...* by our very own GARNET CROW prince Hitoshi Okamoto,

The cold north wind is blowing, but how have you all been? (^o^)
This is Hitoshi Okamoto.
The tour has ended safely, and all that remains is the countdown live!
It was a very fulfilling 2010, a memorable year marking our tenth anniversary since debut.
So, my three big personal events of 2010 (written at the end of 2010):

No. 1 【Garigari-kun became scarce, creating a personal crisis】
It really was a sweltering summer, just as the year's symbolic kanji “暑” (heat) suggests.
At some stores, Garigari-kun disappeared from the shelves.
There were days when I stood bewildered in front of the ice-cream case at convenience stores.

No. 2 【Completely falling behind on the switch to digital TV】
There is still plenty of time, in fact, but it would be frustrating to give in to the pressure at this point.
Maybe I should actually wait until I can see the static on the screen. For material, you know.
Oh, and I have fallen behind on smartphones too.

No. 3 【Apologizing to Okada Japan m(＿＿)m】
From the moment the group-stage draw was held, I thought, “Getting out of this group is going to be tough.”
I am truly sorry. It was a very memorable and fantastic World Cup.
Thank you for the dream.
