GARNET CROW will release a remix album in June and a two-disc DVD commemorating their fifth anniversary in July. This time Hitoshi Okamoto appears.

This is such a pleasant stretch of weather before the rainy season. How is everyone doing?
Am I being cynical to think that the piano man currently in the news (apparently there is no reliable information about him at this point) is a massive publicity campaign by a record company or Hollywood?
Anyway, putting that aside, our GARNET CROW remix album has officially been confirmed for release!
With the help of many remixers, GARNET CROW’s songs have been reborn and reveal new sides of themselves. Hirohito Furui and I are taking part too, of course. It works as background music, but it is also fine to listen to it with your full attention! Please give it a try.

GARNET CROW’s two-disc DVD commemorating their fifth anniversary is finally about to be released. This time YURI NAKAMURA talks about the project.

Hello, everyone. This year is GARNET CROW’s fifth anniversary since our debut, and on July 20 we will release a commemorative DVD worthy of the occasion. I hope you will watch the story of our five-year journey.
The five years passed in what feels like no time at all, although they seemed long while we were living them. Each year has its own memories—the year we debuted, the year we released an album, the year we performed live—and we had a wonderful time watching the footage ourselves, feeling nostalgic and embarrassed in equal measure. I would be happiest if you could watch it while connecting it with your own memories, and if GARNET CROW could continue living in your hearts as an irreplaceable presence.
The live show we held at the beginning of this year is included on the other disc as well. It truly is *I’m waiting 4 you & live*! That concert made us realize again how much we need both our fans and live performances. I hope the power and emotion of that time will reach you too. Please watch it!
I hope we can make this a wonderful fifth-anniversary year together with all of you!
