【DISC 1】
This disc selects all the singles, along with four coupling and album tracks, from the group's independent releases in 2000 through its major-label debut single in 2001 and second album, *SPARKLE 〜筋書き通りのスカイブルー〜*, released in 2002. Listening through these songs again makes you realize that the early works already combined a distinctive grandeur with a fantastical side. When these songs were released, GARNET CROW was concentrating on writing and producing music; by consistently putting out new work, the group steadily built support for its musical identity.

【DISC 2】
This disc centers on all the singles released from late 2002 through 2005, together with album tracks. Once GARNET CROW began performing live and expressing its songs through both recordings and the stage, the interplay between the two allowed the group to build an even deeper musical world. Perhaps I am not the only writer who felt that many of these songs sink slowly into the listener's heart: they capture a quietly smoldering passion or cut out melancholy scenes while still leading them toward hope. The collection also offers the latest GARNET CROW recordings, including the self-cover of “空色の猫,” a single written for Sayuri Iwata, and “「さよなら」とたった一言で...,” appearing on CD for the first time.
